Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 48hrs after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping Promotions: When applicable, free shipping applies to standard domestic shipping only. Expedited shipping options will show discounted rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Tracking Availability: Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some restrictions may apply to certain products or locations due to:

  • Local regulations and import restrictions
  • Shipping carrier limitations
  • Product-specific shipping requirements

PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping only. Express and expedited shipping require a physical address.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, and there will be no additional shipping charges.

Shipping Address Changes

Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@nuudeandco.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange delivery modifications.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or unavailability to receive the package:

  • The package will be returned to the carrier's local facility
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees
  • After the carrier's holding period, packages will be returned to origin

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • For packages showing as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact us within 30 days if you believe your package was lost or stolen

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Holiday and Weather Delays

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.) and severe weather conditions, shipping times may be extended. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak season volume
  • Customs processing (international orders)
